Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using trycatch, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form an agreement between you, or the organization you represent, and trycatch, Inc.

Service

trycatch provides error monitoring, issue grouping, release artifact management, alerts, audit logs, and related developer tooling.

Self-hosted deployments remain under your operational control. You are responsible for infrastructure, backups, secrets, email configuration, OAuth client setup, and network access.

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • Organization owners are responsible for member access and roles.
  • You must keep credentials, API tokens, and deployment secrets confidential.
  • You may not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, quotas, or rate limits.

Acceptable Use

You may not use trycatch to monitor illegal activity, upload malicious payloads, store unrelated personal data, disrupt the service, or violate another party's rights.

You are responsible for configuring scrubbers and retention controls appropriate for the applications you monitor.

Payment and Plans

Paid hosted plans, if offered, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form.

Self-hosted usage may include local tiers and quotas. Those controls are operational safeguards and do not create a hosted subscription by themselves.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant trycatch the rights needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Data sent through SDKs, source map uploads, integrations, and APIs.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. trycatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to trycatch in the twelve months before the claim.
